Policy Data Management Officer, Life Insurance Application

Location: Hong Kong

Your role
As an Officer, your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Handle new Life Insurance business administration
  • Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
  • Creation and pipeline management of new policy files
  • Collation and dispatch of outgoing post and couriers
  • Collation and dispatch of all New Business policy packs
  • Policy file management with Zurich users and third party company
  • Printing and collation of daily output downloads

Your Skills and Experience

As an Officer, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in a variety of PC software packages including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Good organizational and time management skills whilst working accurately and to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of managing records
  • Effective relationships to be built and maintained with internal customers
