Human Resources Intern

Location: Hong Kong

Your Role
As a HR Intern, your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Participate in different HR functions and provide assistance to team members when necessary
  • Grasp basic understanding of various HR perspectives including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and/or Performance Management & Rewards
  • Support daily operations of Human Resources department

Your Skills and Experience

As a HR Intern, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • Undergraduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in written Chinese & English
  • Good computer literacy
  • Customer focus with “can-do” attitude
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Detail-minded
  • Self motivated, with good sense of responsibility
  • Willing to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Candidates from non-HR major but with strong interest in HR field will also be considered
  • After the summer holiday period can be considered as part-time internship (at least two whole days per week).  Interested candidates please also provide your availability of internship period on the detailed CV
