Contract Customer Service Assistant, Claims Service (1-year)

Location: Hong Kong

Your role
As a Claims Service Assistant, your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Handle phone calls tactfully 
  • Register claim case and settle claim case timely and professionally
  • Provide good customer services to clients
  • Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
  • Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction


Your Skills and Experience

As a Claims Service Assistant, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • 1 years working experience in insurance / finance industry preferably in call centre service
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is necessary, Putonghua is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, attentive to details
  • Clear voice in friendly tone, polite, cheerful manner and willing to help
  • Good communication skill
  • Customer focus and customer oriented
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office application
