As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
Cultivate new business relationship with target life distribution channel
Lead a marketing team to achieve the agreed business target in Personal lines and SME segments
Recruit new agents from our targeted distribution channel
Ensure the steady growth of the business and a healthy portfolio mix
Your Skills and Experience
As a Business Development Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Degree Holder with minimum 5 years or above experience in General Insurance
Holder of ANZIF or ACII preferred
Customer focus with result-oriented and proactive attitude
Good marketing & sales skills
Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
Good underwriting skills in General Insurance
Good knowledge on General Insurance business & products
