Your role
As an Assistant Propositions Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Support Customer Experience & Propositions Development Manager to identify, lead, execute and review the propositions and customer experience projects with internal key stakeholders
  • Drive the differentiating propositions
  • Drive the improvement actions/ real WOW customer experience along customer journey
  • Assist in developing the propositions from concept generation, data & information research, product/ market comparison with analysis to teams coordination
  • Monitor and translate the Voice of Customers (VoC) to insightful recommendations/ actions to the business teams
  • Drive, facilitate and monitor the related VoC improvement actions
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence to support customer and business insight
  • Understand market trend and competitors to provide intelligence for product positioning and product design, helping evaluate competitive product initiatives & identifying opportunities
  • Develop the best practice and guidelines for the propositions development aligning the group’s directive
  • Support the regular and adhoc research studies from questionnaire design to analysis (including desk research, customer research, etc)
  • Support the identified Customer Experience projects and ad hoc projects
Your Skills and Experience
As an Assistant Propositions Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance product proposition or product development, strongly preferably in General Insurance/ Life Insurance
  • Good knowledge in the management and implementation of product development projects
  • Hands on experience in MS Office applications including MS Project
  • Knowledge in actuarial or statistical analysis and marketing research added advantage
  • Clear-minded, well organized, attentive to details and self-motivated with extremely strong project management skills
  • Positive thinking with customer centric-mindset
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; sensitive to numbers
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
