Reception Assistant Manager

Location: Central

Support the Guest Relations Manager and the team to manage bookings and reservations at the Reception
Assists in evaluating levels of Guest satisfaction and monitoring trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
Monitors reception operations and supervises work performance of the team with on-the-job training and regular evaluation
Greet guests and seat them appropriately
Responses to guest comments and complaints, and takes necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction
Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service
Maintains good communication and working relationships with all departments
