Part-time Business Assistant (3 days per week)
Location: Tsuen Wan
- To provide secretarial support to Senior Staff.
- To support on preparing weekly meeting minutes, reports and documentation.
- To prepare presentation material for various management meeting.
- To perform ad hoc projects as assigned by Senior Staff.
- To receive and answer telephone call.
- Honest and self-discipline.
- Detail oriented, well-organized, responsible and self-motivated.
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, powerpoint.
- Excellent telephone manner, with cheerful and pleasant character.
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
