A Lot About You
You are a bright, friendly, logical-minded and hard-working person. You are experienced and confident in IT user support, including serving users at the front desk, event support and hosting IT classes (brownbags) to users etc. You are good in Cantonese, written Chinese, as well as English – Mandarin would be a plus. You can also work independently meanwhile could also collaborate with teams based other regions in order to achieve goals. Following instructions is important, providing feedback to your managers is also much appreciated for IT service enhancement.
Your Day
  • Provide an excellent level of IT support services to 150 employees in Hong Kong office, mainly at the IT walk up window
  • Ensure that all helpdesk incidents and service requests are logged, processed and monitored according to company procedures and within SLA
  • Respond to end users’ enquiries and trouble-shoot system errors
  • Manage or assist with any IT related project as required
  • Maintain IT assets and monthly audit
  • Prepare and maintain operation manuals and user guidelines

You Must Have
  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or Engineering related disciplines
  • 5+ years of helpdesk experience is preferred
  • Experienced with Mac Support will be a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Good team player but able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good customer service skill
  • Attention to detail, able to work under pressure, good time management
  • Friendly, approachable, self-disciplined and client-oriented
