- Perform general reception duties
- Responsible for providing administrative support including greeting guests, answering phone calls, courier arrangement, coordinate for meeting etc.
- General clerical works
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested
- F.6 or above
- At least 1 year of solid hands-on relevant working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Responsible, detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated and a team player
