IT Support

Location: Central


  • Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for numerous products and applications.
  • Acquiring all required information for resolving incidents and/or completing a request.
  • Provide IT hardware inventory support maintaining software license/hardware and inventory list.


  • Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT or above
  • 1 year solid experience in technical support
  • Solid experiences in networking, SAP system and server administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independent & ad hoc project is required
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
