Job Description

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Associate Degree or above with customer services experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience gained from reputable Property Developers
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, detail-minded and a team player
  • Strong customer service sense and communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Hands-on PC skills including Word and Excel preferred
  • Work on roster basis is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer

Qualification

  • Participate in sales launch
  • Review handover planning and procedure with Projects and Property Management teams
  • Participate in handover process of selected special buyers
  • Follow up on defect rectification and enquiries from special buyers
  • Other After Sales Services
  • Handle ad hoc assignments
