Take over the planning & logistical part of the press conferences and AGM like venue booking, catering, liaise with hotel staff, etc.
Propose topics and undertake research for management proposal / discussion paper.
Involve in annual and interim report production, such as agency sourcing, design proofs, production schedule, publication and upload.
Co-drive the archive project under superior ’s guidance.
Provide ad-hoc support to the team when required. Requirements
Degree in communications / language or related discipline
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications or corporate affairs; having worked in listed companies is an added advantage
Familiar with local and regional media landscape
High proficiency in English, Chinese & Putonghua
Strong writing and editing skills
Knowledge in digital communication is preferred
