Job Description

Construction Manager (Contract)

Responsibilities

•Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
•MCIOB/MHKICM or related professional qualification is preferred
•At least 10 years of relevant experience in large scale residential construction projects with minimum 3 years in Managerial position
•Experience in construction management of MTRC projects is essential
•Conversant with local government regulations
•Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated, initiative, systematic & able to work under pressure

Requirements

•Supervise and monitor the implementation for Safety Plan, Fire Safety Plan and Railway Protection Plan
•Responsible for monitoring and review of site planning, construction programme, sequence, quality and progress of works; monitor the preparation of statutory submission by contractors
•Lead and supervise the whole site team of the developer and consultants to ensure compliance with all statutory and DA requirements, BEAM requirements and other specific requirements for carrying out of works on site
