Job Description

Accounts Assistant


  • Perform full set of accounting books and related financial duties for Group of Companies building management accounts
  • Ensure daily proper transactions and monitor the change of building management fee in Company billing system
  • Check daily bank in statement and follow up autopay application, amendment and cancellation
  • Handle month-end,  year-end closing and compile budget figures breakdown
  • Input journal and supplier invoices in Group accounting system and prepare vouchers with Group AP Department
  • Provide clerical support to the department like audit as well as tax return
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related subjects with LCCI Higher qualification
  • Minimum three years full set accounting experience preferred in sizable company
  • Good PC skills, proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience in using Flex accounting system is a plus
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk role
