Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling full set of books for Rental operating accounts including month-end and year-end closing
  • Responsible for compilation of monthly management reports, budget and projection
  • Assist in audit and tax return
  • Update settlement entries for leasing properties in Company billing system
  • Prepare monthly carpark report  and quarterly disclosure item for rental operating accounts
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language,  Chinese Language & Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid full set of accounting experience in sizable real estate company
  • Experience in using Flex accounting system a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (Macro and Pivot) is a must
  • Good analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information in database and  Excel with attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Mature, can work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferable
