Account Manager, Customer Contact Management Center

Location: Kowloon Bay


• Responsible for new sales, program up-selling and contract renewal of existing customers
• Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers and provide professional service
• Promote the Company's products and services to our clients to sustain business direction, revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
• Require to work proactively in identifying new business opportunities


• Certificate holder in IT, business administration, computer science or related discipline
• 2 years' sales experience, Telecom industry or IT industry is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese / Putonghua
• Good communication and presentation skills

* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
