Account Executive

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Major Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target by exploring and developing customer’s need in their logistics functions/supply chain solutions; understanding customers’ business models and providing one stop supply chain solution accordingly
  • Focus on growing small to medium customer segment within the set revenue band or defined customer or industry segment
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Conduct outdoor sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory
  • Generate/exceed sales volume and revenue through conversion, retention and penetration activities
  • Address customer issues & concerns skillfully and professionally

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Business or related discipline, preferably major in Logistics or Supply Chain Solutions;
  • Minimum 3 years direct sales experience with proven track record of solution selling is required. Knowledge or previous working experience in Freight/Logistic/similar industry preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English/Chinese and conversant in Mandarin
  • A self starter and fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills with ability to work with people at different levels within the organization
