Wealth Management Service Line Specialist

We are further enhancing our client servicing model in Wealth Management, where our competent Wealth Management Service Line (WMSL) team will support our clients together with their personal Client Advisor and local assistance team. As we steadily expand this model into our various locations, we are now looking for new colleagues in Hong Kong. We are currently building an additional team that primarily serves the Hong Kong Domestic Market.

You will:
– independently deal with client requests & take client orders over the telephone
– apply your excellent knowledge of the Wealth Management service offering, processes & tools to resolve client requests on the spot, specially basic banking services, handling security transactions, providing information and arranging client meetings
– assist Client Advisors with specialist expertise, experience and enjoyment of your role as a WM Service Line Specialist by resolving most client requests immediately
– work closely with the Client Advisors and local assistance teams
