Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Tsuen Wan

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor the schedule of various projects
  • Coordinate and liaise with different business lines to ensure the completion of projects milestones
  • Prepare quotations and follow-up orders
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationship with different clients including buyers, duppliers and factories
  • Handle enquiries and solve problems from clients with consistency and accuracy
  • Facilitate different meetings and workshops as appropriate
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Service Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Science or Engineering related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or project coordination
  • Experience in Testing/Inspection laboratories, trading companies or manufacturers will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Coordinator
