General Clerk

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform receptionist duties, e.g. handling telephone calls, general enquiries, greeting visitors, courier orders and postage's expenses
  • Provide general clerical and administration support including documents scanning, filing and data entry
  • Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Form 5 or above, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • 1 year relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Cheerful and friendly personality, good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
