Recruitment Officer / Assistant Recruitment Officer

Location: Kwai Hing


  • Responsible for staff recruitment and selection functions including job fair participation, job advertisement posting, telephone call screening and interview arrangement;
  • Participate in out-door recruitment activities is required;
  • Liaise Training organization or NGOs to recruit their graduates in regular basis;
  • Conduct staff orientation program;
  • Maintain accurate and systematic filing system;
  • Provide daily support to HR department;
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
  • Minimum 3 year solid experiences in HR field;
  • Good knowledge of Labour Ordinance;
  • High sense of responsibility, detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently;
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Good spoken and written in Chinese and English;
  • Immediate available is preferred
