Job Description


Responsible for administative and operations support to assist store management in sales material ordering, sales tracking, after sales service, inter-locations merchandise transfer, reports related to store operations. Including electronic payments and handling customer enquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Store Sales Related

  • Store merchandise transfer processing
  • Store sales tracking and summarizing
  • Repair service coordination
  • Diamond certificate administration
  • Client database administration

2. Store Operations Related

  • Sales materials administration
  • Catolog ordering, tracking and administration
  • Display pops administration
  • Printing materials administration
  • Store fixed asset administration
  • Store expenses control and administration

3. Payment Handling

  • Support store payment handling and customer enquiries


  • Bachelor degree, business administration discipline or related
  • At least 2 years work experience in sales function, retail industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, attention to details, customer-oriented, good team player
  • Proficiency in PC skills and knowledge of POS is an advantage
  • Good command of English in reading and writing
  • Luxury retail sales support experience
  • Station at retail store & shift duty
