Customer Service Assistant
Location: Hong Kong-Hong Kong-Hong Kong-HKG-Taikoo Wan Rd-Cityplaza 3

• Handle and maintain subscriptions in SAP system
• Handle monthly invoices checking and credit card processing
• Handle internal/external customer’s enquiries and follow up until issue resolved
• General Clerical/Administrative duties
• 1 or 2 years of working experience in customer service/operation preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent spoken & written in English
• Customer-oriented and good team-player
