Job Description

Officer (Human Resources) (Ref: O(HR)_HQ_NOV16)

Job duties:

  • Provide a wide spectrum of quality human resource services, including payroll, pension, tax filing, company benefits, recruitment, and serve as liaison between service providers when necessary
  • Support the annual performance appraisal and salary review process
  • Support the annual salary and compensation budget preparation
  • Develop, implement and update HR policies, procedures and forms
  • Ensure staff information and records are properly maintained in the HRIS
  • Support monthly payroll operations and ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately
  • Handle Managers and staff enquiries on policy, payroll and compensation calculations
  • Act as a HR business partner to support the service unit
  • Ad hoc HR related projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' solid experience
  • Hands on experience in Payroll and HRIS system management and administration
  • Experience in T&D, HRIS system implementation and upgrade would be advantageous
  • Experience in design, formulate and implement HR policies and benefit programs
  • Experience in salary survey, job matching exercise, data analysis and recommending changes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and detail-minded, open-minded, customer orientated
  • Well-versed in labour legislation in Hong Kong
  • Excellent command of MS Office application
