Job Description

Temporary Membership Services Officer (Membership Hotline)

You will:

  • provide quality services to our members, such as answering enquiries related to Membership Services, taking reservations, arranging race-day logistics for members and handling complaints. 
  • perform telesales activities within appropriate timeline
  • assist in providing coaching for part-time staff
  • manage raceday operation


You should have:

  • a university degree in Business Studies or related disciplines with minimum 2 years experience in customer services 
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset
  • proactive and “can-do" mindset; be outspoken and energetic
  • hands on experience in Microsoft Office applications, as well as Microsoft Access
