Job Description

Senior Project Officer / Project Officer, Charities

You will:

  • support project managers to monitor progress of assigned projects and output of baseline assessments, professional support by universities, district-based programmes, public education programmes, and evaluation
  • coordinate with all project partners such as local universities, the 18 District Councils, other government departments and NGOs to implement the projects
  • provide secretarial support and administrative support in project development and implementation, such as filing and database maintenance, process and handle documents and correspondence, and arrange for appointments and meeting schedules


You should have:

  • a university degree or equivalent
  • at least three to five years' working experience, preferably with exposure to NGOs and / or social service settings
  • effective communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Sharepoint, etc.
  • good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • career interest in charity work
