Job Description


You will  

  • provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management
  • ensure that the materials for key meetings are effectively organized, and independently follow through with responsible parties on paper submission
  • handle correspondences
  • assist in compiling reports and preparing PowerPoint presentation
  • assist in ad-hoc projects
  • provide departmental support in sundry purchasing


You should have 

  • tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in secretarial / administrative duties in sizable organisations
  • prior experience in supporting major operating departments or business units and/or corporate treasury and investment operations experience will be assets
  • excellent communication abilities in both English and Chinese and interpersonal skills
  • proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • highly organized with the ability to prioritize
  • effective and proactive in handling documentation and paperwork
  • self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent
