Job Description

People Development Support Manager

You will :

  • be a partner with divisional managers and HR in the effective implementation of a new Management Development Programme with customised and systematic approaches
  • design a comprehensive by-division learning and career roadmap
  • advise internal stakeholders on learning and development needs identification and analysis, curriculum design and implementation of learning effectiveness measuring system in alignment with the business strategic focus and direction
  • identify, select and manage external training vendors in order to deliver quality and effective training solutions
  • plan and deliver training courses where necessary to compliment that provided externally or internally by others
  • lead or participate in other L&D projects


You should have:

  • a bachelor degree in HR / Psychology or another discipline closely related
  • a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and proved track record in design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development interventions in large-sized organizations or multi-national companies
  • sound knowledge of people development tools and methodologies
  • excellent command of oral and written English and Chinese (proficient in Putonghua will be advantage)
