Job Description

Officer - Financial Accounting (Accounts Payable)

You will:

  • Supervise vendor payment processing independently
  • perform tax reporting and handle enquiries on tax issues
  • prepare routine and ad hoc expense analysis
  • perform a key role to simplify and streamline vendor   payment process and procedure


You should have:

  • degree holder in accountancy or business related disciplines, with a recognised accounting qualification
  • candidate with over five years’ solid supervisory experience in accounts payable, preferable in a sizable organization; candidate from audit sector with thorough understanding of end- to-end AP process are also considered
  • experience in Oracle AP module is a definite advantage
  • excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese, and with proven ability to work closely with all levels
