Job Description

Human Resources Support Manager / Assistant Human Resources Manager (Racing Authority / Racing Business and Operations Divisions / Dual Site integration)

You will :

  • provide comprehensive HR services to Racing Authority / Racing Business and Operations Divisions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations and internal communication
  • maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders in the Club
  • take a proactive role in providing value-adding HR services to meet the department’s objective to become the preferred business partners of internal customers
  • involve in human resources development of Conghua Training Center (CTC) by managing the manpower planning & resourcing; China HR strategy & policy research & development and capability building of critical operations /specialized positions
  • prepare management reports / presentation materials and monitor the CTC project progress on HR aspect
  • provide support on union management and employee engagement / communications activities

Requirements

You should :

  • have University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 7 years solid experience in full spectrum of HR work experience
  • have good capability to work with diverse stakeholders in a diverse working culture with cross-functional teams; from senior management to junior staff
  • possess good business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as keenness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • have hands-on experience of MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • possess strong project management and analytical skills as well as good numerical sense
  • be a fast learner who is meticulous, detail minded and self–motivated possess excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
