Customer Care Representative (Hotline) (2-yr contract)

You will

  • handle telephone enquiries and feedback from customers and the public with courtesy and efficiency
  • present the value of our products and services through inbound and outbound calls
  • utilize communication skill and extensive product knowledge to meet customers' needs
  • work on shift beyond midnight including weekends and public holidays

Requirements

You should have

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in customer service field, preferably in call center environment
  • customer-oriented and passionate with good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English or Putonghua
  • familiar with Chinese word processing
