Business Process Administrator (Retail) (2-yr contract)

You will

  • coordinate procurement & logistics process in Retail Department
  • assist superior to monitor the Service Level Agreement and bills settlement of contractors, provide logistics and support according to business requirements
  • consolidate management reports and identify areas for improvement
  • monitor program effectiveness and report for irregularities, handle program enquiries from internal users

Qualification

You should have

  • Form 5/ DSE or above, with 1-2 years administrative working experience
  • hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in Photoshop will be an advantage
  • numerical sense and attention to details
  • willing to learn with good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility

Fresh university graduate will also be considered.
