Job Description

Assistant System Planning Support Manager (Retail) / System Planning Officer (Retail)

You will

  • collaborate with IT, internal departments and program partners for the development of IT systems and their effective launch in Retail
  • take part in UAT tests, prepare implementation plan and operation manual for new systems
  • conduct training for frontline colleagues to familiarize with new systems implementation
  • support frontline operations and system-related matters, e.g. electronic information display, terminals and equipment faults trouble shooting and follow up
  • undertake project-based tasks when required; manage external vendors to achieve targets and SLA compliance


You should have

  • a degree, preferably in IT, Computer Science or related technical field
  • solid experience in development and implementation of IT related projects, preferably in an information technology oriented business
  • high independence and high level of analytical ability and creativity and passion in technology
  • strong business acumen and good problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written / spoken English and Chinese and hands-on experience of MS office applications, an advantage with experience in hotline operations and project management
