Job Description

Assistant Project Manager (Happy Valley Headquarters) – 1 year contract

You will:

  • assist the Facilities Services Manager (Corporate) in providing professional advice to operator enquiries regarding alteration & renovations of existing corporate facilities to support the Club's business objectives
  • co-ordinate with consultants / designers / contractors as well as the Club's internal stakeholders
  • prepare programmes and budgets for corporate renovation projects; monitor and control site progress, contractor performance and keep control on quality of works to ensure completion of projects on time and within budgets. Initiate quality assurance programmes and monitor occupational safety during construction
  • liaise and co-ordinate with external consultants, contractors, statutory parties as well as internal service providers and internal users for arranging site activities
  • involve in corporate projects such as fitting out within offices and staff related facilities
  • assist in preparing project documentations including meeting minute, drawings, tender document and budget approval request etc.


You should have:

  • a degree in interior design / building studies / construction management / engineering / architectural or related discipline
  • minimum 8 years relevant experience in project management, ideally in fitting out projects
  • knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Project with hands-on experience in using MS Office applications
  • good communication and coordination skills
  • excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
