The appointee will be responsible for providing support to a research project on tracking student responses to teacher feedback in essay revision. Duties include reviewing literature; conducting surveys, interviews and data analysis; preparing reports; and providing administrative support. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Social Sciences or Education, preferably with relevant post-qualification full-time working experience. Applicants should be proficient in English writing. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good analytical capability are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits.
