Post-doctoral Fellow / Senior Research Assistant

You will conduct cutting-edge research among the fields of synthetic, analytical, and material chemistry in order to apply it to real world. The appointee will assist the team in steering and managing the abovementioned research project. He/She should be passionate, creative and innovative. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should be PhD degree holders having undertaken original research that has contributed to the body of knowledge. They should be highly proficient in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work in team. Candidate without Doctoral degree but possesses a Master’s degree with 1 year’s post-qualification full-time working experience may be considered for the post of Senior Research Assistant.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits.
