Front Office Clerk ( 2 positions )

Location: Causeway Bay

Responsibilities:

  • Handle residents’ check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer enquiries, handle complaints
  • Ensure high level of residents’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services

Requirements:

  • preferably in  Certificate in hotel or tourism management
  • 1 years’ relevant experience in customer services
  • Pleasant personality, customer oriented and detail-minded
