Front Desk Officer

Location: Sheung Wan


  • Assist daily hotel operation
  • Customer Services in front desk
  • Check-in & check out of the guest rooms and arrange booking of services
  • Coordinate with technicians, housekeepers and cleaners
  • All hotel works assigned by Managers


  • Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year working experience with service industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Service Officer
