Assistant CRM Manager (FMCG Infant Formula Baby Food Marketing)

Location: Tsimshatsui East, Tai Kok Tsui, Mongkok, Kowloon City, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon Tong, Tsimshatsui, Jordan, Hunghom

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and launch a full range of marketing activities especially CRM programs and Event Marketing for customer acquisition and retention
  • Define and execute Customer Loyalty Strategy on customer development and engagement. Drive targeted activities to approach all current and potential customers in order to strengthen their relationship with the brand, elevate their engagement and enhance their shopping experience
  • Develop CRM planning and incorporate various actions and tools in retaining and engaging VIPs
  • Liaise with internal and external parties (agencies/developers) in execution of CRM planning and actions 
  • Conduct quality analysis on current and potential customers in line with overall marketing and CRM strategies and business objectives
  • Monitor customer profile and analyze their buying behavior and evolution
  • Derive insights from customer database, adapting reports to different internal parties
  • Provide insights and regular feedback to product development team on current market trend and practice of key competitors

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, Computer Science
  • Six years of marketing or CRM experience or more in FMCG or retail
  • Excellent understanding of marketing to parents would be an advantage
  • Good sense of business analysis, numbers and data management
