The Upper House - Call Centre Attendant
Purpose of Job
Handle phone enquiries and requests to help create a memorable and enticing experience for both in-house and external hotel guests.
Do you have the following?
- Graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institute is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people orientated
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese would be a definite advantage
- Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different
