Assistant Manager - Digital & Social Analysis


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information system, statistics, linguistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in market research field, with proven experience in social media monitoring and data analytics
  • Knowledge in text mining an advantage
  • Familiar with latest digital trends, social media platforms and social analytics
  • Good communication, analytical and report writing skills
  • Good team player, proactive and able to work independently
  • Proven English proficiency
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office and statistical software
  • Willing to work overtime and during weekends / public holidays


  • Track, explore and provide analysis on latest digital and social media trends, company best practices, or other related ad-hoc studies
  • Compile reports to provide findings, insights and recommendations for management or other business units of the Group
  • Study, analyze public opinions on social media and prepare timely and insightful reports
  • Support to formulate and develop social intelligence model, including social media monitoring and research methodologies
  • Liaise and coordinate with external vendors/agencies to collect useful data on timely basis
  • Support other digital marketing projects and studies
