Helpdesk Support / Deskside Engineer (15-23K)

Location: Fotan, Cheung Sha Wan, Taikoo Shing

Our clients are actively looking for new blood to join their infrastructure teams due to project expansions & yearly staff turnover. If you are looking for stable / large scale projects / teams with friendly working environment, you might be the right person for my clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Support & configuration of software & hardware equipments (desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Provide helpdesk support to in house users
  • Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
  • Assist supervisor/manager for project management

Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a technical support role (Fresh graduates will be considered)
  • Experience in service technical support and trouble shooting will be advantage
  • Ability to work independently
