The incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and trouble-shooting of hardware and software matters in relation to the Point-of-Sale System, Retail Management System, PCs, Servers and Networking. He/She will also need to provide stand-by support and assist in user training, system rollout and documentation.
- Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Familiar with PC software, hardware and Networking
- 2-3 years’ experience is an advantage (fresh graduate will be considered)
- Experience in working in retail industry is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Willing to work on shift
