Job Description


The incumbent will be responsible for leading the team in providing high quality of customer service to internal and external customers. The major duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to the followings:

  • Maintain good corporate image by performing reception duties in a professional manner
  • Manage day-to-day operations of office reception area and sales floor customer services counters
  • Manage and Handle customers’ feedback and complaints in professional manner
  • Provide clerical support to daily operations of CS team
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following credentials:

  • F.5 or above
  • Good customer service skill and telephone manner
  • Persuasive, service-oriented with good communication skill
  • Basic command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • PC knowledge preferable
