Job Description

Purchasing Administrator/Officer

Location: HK International Airport

Job Duties:

  • Monitor daily ordering , performances of suppliers and products
  • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and warehouse team
  • Maintain, complete and update purchasing records/data in the system
  • Work closely with users to ensure delivery of materials

Job Requirements:

  • 1 years or above relevant working experience
  • People-pleasing personality and friendly attitude greeting
  • Basic command of spoken English, basic command of Cantonese and Putonghua preferred but not a must
  • Experience in F&B will be an advantage
