Job Description

Kitchen Administrator – Airport Lounge

Location: HK International Airport

Job Duties:

  • Assist Lounge Manager with all aspects of kitchen administration including ordering from suppliers and stock control
  • Maintain all records e.g., health, safety, food hygiene etc. are up to date
  • Other administrative duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline; good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • 2-3 years’ experience of administrative roles, relevant working experience from catering or hospitality industry is a plus
  • IT literate,  good command  of Microsoft office
