Job Description

Senior Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Tuen Mun

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, co-ordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities with a strong emphasis on the hotel and the club’s various promotions and campaigns
  • Develop and manage online media (special offers page, advertising, website content, event marketing, SEO/SEM), email marketing, and print (advertising, collateral, promotions)
  • Maintain detailed marketing calendars
  • Responsible for a full spectrum of PR duties, including preparation of press releases, press event and media materials, invites, as well as media pitching
  • Support in events, conferences and exhibitions
  • Supervise and manage the website revamp project
  • Be accountable of annual marketing budget, including budget planning and cost control to maximize marketing ROI and cost effectiveness
  • Regular KPI /ROI analysis to identify opportunities and area of improvement, and enhance overall marketing implementation
  • Promote Gold Coast as the preferred destination of HK and to enhance the destination’s brand awareness of the Gold Coast Precinct as a whole

Requirements

  • University Degree in English Communications /Marketing /PR /Journalism, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Hospitality /Communications /Consumer Marketing
  • Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in English /Chinese marcom and copywriting (copywriting for F&B a definite advantage)
  • Enthusiastic and committed to delivering high quality work in a collaborative environment through good communications and teamwork
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese/ Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasked, can work independently and efficiently within deadlines and budget
  • Competent in project management and having the ability to build strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, mature with ability to work diligently and independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in graphic and design software is an advantage
