Assistant Sales Manager - Catering
• Organize and direct all catering sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
• Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activity
• Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports
• Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Management, or equivalent in related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience of which 1 years in similar capacity.
• Ambitious, independent, dynamic with business acumen
• Strong analytical with excellent planning, organization and communication skills
• Good computer literacy
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
