Manager (Training & Development) (Ref: M-T&D)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of in-house training programmes, management of staff communication activities and corporate cultural/ talent development programmes, identification of training needs, and evaluation of post-training performance.  Associated responsibilities include vendor management, maintaining training record system and assisting ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources / Training Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in organizing, designing and conducting training
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
  • Mature, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
  • Passion for developing people and promoting continuous learning
  • Knowledge of field coaching and training experience in the service/hospitality industry a definite plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
