Job Description

Manager, Loyalty Marketing & Alliances (Ref: M-CRM)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating strategies and implementing plans to fuel the continuous infrastructure development of CRM system and platform of Sino Group. Responsibilities include supervising member acquisition and retention programmes, project management and coordination with external consultants and internal business divisions, leading effective joint promotions with premium brands, launching innovative and effective member activities, and supervising digitalised programmes for the department.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, MIS, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in loyalty marketing, business development, brand management, project management, CRM, loyalty programme and alliances, partnership marketing with a sizeable organization, at least 5 years of which in CRM or loyalty programme marketing capacity
  • Background from lead brands, banking, telecom, retails, property and hospitality is highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with synergy orientation
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Creative and highly resourceful with strong strategic thinking, organizing, analytical and reporting skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
