Job Description

Customer Services Officer (Serviced Apartment) (Ref: CSO-SA)

The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/She will also be responsible for assisting Leasing Team on daily operations, providing administration support, preparing tenancy documents and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 1-2 years of real estate related experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • Shift duty is required 
  • Need to station at Outlying Islands
